Scottish Borders Honey on the Comb
This cut wildflower comb is surrounded with clear wildflower blossom honey and it’s fantastic on crusty bread, strained yoghurt, pancakes and alongside cheese.
It comes from the Chain Bridge Honey Farm down in the Scottish Borders (where I live), from the same family that supply our beeswax candles. The bees at Chain Bridge begin their honey-making year in fields of oil seed rape and can forage on hawthorn, willowherb, borage and phacelia.
