Created by food writer Jess Elliott Dennison, Elliott’s celebrates simple cooking and life in the kitchen.

Elliott’s Studio; a green-fronted tenement building on Sciennes Road in Edinburgh is an extension of Jess’s home and where she cooks, writes recipes and teaches.

Jess’s work is inspired by the produce, colours, textures and rituals that each season brings.

She explores natural materials, heritage craftsmanship and collaboration with like-minded artists in a pleasing range for the kitchen and home.

Waxed Cotton Apron
£85.00

Working on sets and in kitchens over the past decade means that I’ve trialled many styles of apron, so I am delighted to introduce our own Elliott’s range.

These aprons are made in Scotland using Halley Stevensons waxed cotton which is one of Scotland’s most celebrated fabrics thanks to its water-resistant, long-lasting quality. Just like a good leather satchel, waxed cotton develops a beautiful patina over time so continues to build character with each wear. I’m a rather messy cook so I like how these wipe-clean so easily, too.

We’ve designed these as unisex, with a generous Japanese-style cross back, deep pockets and pocket within pocket, ideal for carrying snips in the garden.

Available in Navy and Mustard.

Double Oven Glove
£15.50

Made from thick cotton, these double oven gloves have been a staple in my kitchen for as long as I can remember.

Designed with a triple layer of thickness, they safely handle temperatures of up to 250°C so are great for getting lasagnes, pies and roasts out of the oven. If you get gravy or sauce on them, just throw them in the washing machine on a 40°C cycle and they come out brilliantly.

100% cotton

Lily Pearmain Egg Cup
£18.50

New for Spring, Lily Pearmain has made us this special batch of egg cups in her signature glaze. I’ve never been more excited to have dippy eggs and soldiers for breakfast.

We have an ongoing collaboration with self-taught potter Lily. Based in South East London, her work draws on British studio ceramics and the desire to make good, quiet, beautiful, and strong pots.
