An evening with Katie Fisher of Harvest - 10th October

£15.00
sold out

Scent is a huge part of the joy that comes with home cooking so this Autumn, I am delighted to be collaborating with perfumer and founder of Harvest skincare, Katie Fisher.

Join Katie and I on Friday 10th October where we’ll be celebrating the art of culinary and olfactory delight.

Tickets are £15 and include a welcome glass of natural wine (or one of my soft homemade spritzes) a freshly-made clementine Eccles cake from my newest book, Weekend Recipes and a 2ml sample bottle of Harvest’s autumn 2025 eau du parfum.

Inspired by the Clementine Eccles Cakes from my newest cookbook, Weekend Recipes, Katie has specially developed a Weekend candle for us at Elliott’s.

She says “The Weekend candle blends the refreshing notes of bergamot and blood orange, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere. The heart reveals a complex interplay of black pepper, clove and vanilla, adding warmth. Finally the base of brown sugar and musk wraps you in a comforting embrace, evoking the meditative experience of baking”.

Along with the new Weekend candle, we will have other seasonal favourites from the Harvest range for you to try on the night, including soy wax candles in Autumn Fig, Black Cardamom and Winter Honey, plus Bergamot and Rosemary Body Wash, Hand Balm and Calming Scent Mist with Black Pepper and Ylang Ylang. I will be signing and wrapping copies of my cookbooks too.

Katie trained as a holistic beauty therapist, working in the industry for 15 years and became fascinated with skincare before founding Harvest in 2009. It’s the 10 year anniversary of her dedicated Harvest store, kitchen and treatment room in Kings Heath, Birmingham so I feel very lucky that she is travelling to us in Edinburgh.

Katie’s vision is to evoke a sense of calm and well-being, bringing the power of nature, natural ingredients and sustainability together, whilst changing the ethics of skincare for the better. So along with eating, drinking and exploring the different scents, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to speak to Katie about her wealth of experience.

I look forward to welcoming many of you to a candle-lit Studio this Autumn,

Jess x
