Join myself and celebrated writer and kitchen gardener Marjorie Lotfi for a delicious retreat in Galloway on the south west coast of Scotland, surrounded by 600 stunning acres of fields, seashore and woodlands on the grounds of an estate that is steeped in history.
Across the five days, we will be preparing and feasting on Galloway's best summer produce. Days will be structured around workshops on seasonal ingredients, styling, cooking, baking, preserving, fermenting, cheese-making and the art of plating. Plus additional group activities like yoga and art, reflective time and communal shared meals.
